Church work can look like a sermon, a spreadsheet, a kids room, a camera, a lobby sign, a worship set, a clean bathroom, a follow-up call, a baptism, a website update, or a volunteer conversation in the hallway.
This is not the right place for someone looking for slow, detached, low-stakes work.
But if you want your work to matter, if you want to work with people you can trust, if you are fueled by purpose and have a little Holy grit, you’ll feel right at home.
