Pastor Sterling, along with his wife, Janice, led the campus launch and moved to Virginia Beach in 2025. As Campus Pastor, Sterling is building relationships, strengthening the church, and leading Waters Edge Virginia Beach into its next season, and is changing the way Virginia Beach thinks about church.
