Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Stu Hodges and his wife Tabitha Hodges are the founders of Waters Edge Church. They are passionate about changing the way people think about church and reaching those who are distant and disconnected from God. Pastor Stu is the Lead Pastor of Waters Edge Church and brings authenticity, energy, biblical teaching, creativity, and real-life application to each sermon.
In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Stu is currently pursuing his doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, has a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University.
Pastor Stu and Tabitha live in Hayes, Virginia. Their son Brayden and his wife Chloe also live in the area and are an active part of Waters Edge Church. Daughters Emma and Taylor are in college pursuing their undergraduate degrees.
