Type: Full Time

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (with additional hours and flexibility required during the weeks leading up to Easter and Christmas)

Your Essentials

  • Proficiency in digital console operation (e.g., Soundcraft Vi2000, Yamaha CL3)

  • Strong understanding of signal flow, gain staging, and sound systems, including Q-SYS and Sennheiser wireless systems

  • Experience with DAW-based mixing, broadcast audio standards, and multitrack recording

  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain technical equipment

  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth in lighting, stage design, and other technical skills


Your Impact

  • Oversee sound and technical aspects for all weekend worship experiences, special events, and holiday services

  • Collaborate with the Programming Team to contribute creative input for worship and events

  • Manage multiple technical projects, ensuring excellence in execution

  • Train and mentor volunteers in sound operations, fostering a strong and capable team

  • Adapt and grow in technical proficiency to meet the evolving needs of our church
