Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (with additional hours and flexibility required during the weeks leading up to Easter and Christmas)

Your Essentials
Proficiency in video editing with Final Cut Pro X, Premiere, or Resolve
Strong skills in motion-style or text-driven commercial video creation
Expertise in managing all aspects of production, from pre- to post-production
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain video equipment
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines with precision
Alignment with the mission of Waters Edge Church and a passion for the local church

Create high-quality video content from concept to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency
Oversee all video production efforts, supporting ministry teams and the Lead Pastor’s office
Implement WEC’s live video production strategy with creativity and excellence
Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure seamless operation
Collaborate with the programming team to infuse creativity into upcoming series and videos
