Production Video Editing Manager

Type: Full Time

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (with additional hours and flexibility required during the weeks leading up to Easter and Christmas)

Your Essentials

  • Proficiency in video editing with Final Cut Pro X, Premiere, or Resolve

  • Strong skills in motion-style or text-driven commercial video creation

  • Expertise in managing all aspects of production, from pre- to post-production

  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain video equipment

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines with precision

  • Alignment with the mission of Waters Edge Church and a passion for the local church

Your Impact

  • Oversee all video production efforts, supporting ministry teams and the Lead Pastor’s office

  • Implement WEC’s live video production strategy with creativity and excellence

  • Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure seamless operation
