Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (with additional hours and flexibility required during the weeks leading up to Easter and Christmas)

Your Essentials:
Experience in pastoring and providing spiritual guidance to students
Experience preparing and delivering compelling messages to large groups of students
Proven ability to build and lead strong teams, including paid staff and non-paid volunteers
Skillful at making timely decisions that drive the ministry forward and achieve key metrics
Experience in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale events (e.g., quarterly events, annual camps)
Strong budgeting skills to manage resources efficiently and maximize ministry impact
Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
Passionate about connecting students to the local church and helping them grow in their faith
Your Impact:
Lead and provide accountability for Waters Edge Students Teams, ensuring goal setting, spiritual growth, and leadership development
Oversee the execution of Wednesday night Waters Edge Student Groups, ensuring quality and impact
Direct, delegate, and coach a team that consistently meets and exceeds ministry goals
Plan and execute all Student events, including quarterly Collide events and annual Student Camp
Maximize the potential of ministry resources by managing the Waters Edge Students budget effectively
Ensure every Waters Edge student is connected to a small group leader who helps them grow in their faith
Actively participate in Wednesday night Student Groups, weekend worship experiences, and special services during Christmas Eve, Easter, and other key events
Continuously create, critique, and improve ministry processes and programs
Collaborate with fun, vibrant, and creative staff members as a team player
