Kids Resource Manager

Type: Part Time, up to 29 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (with additional hours and flexibility required during the weeks leading up to Easter, Christmas, and special events) Benefits:

Reports To: Kids and Guest Experience Director
Your Essentials:
● Proven ability to manage resources efficiently, ensuring that all supplies a
materials meet the highest standards of excellence
● Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to keep the ministry moving
forward through effective problem-solving
● Experience in writing, editing, and reviewing curriculum materials, ensuring
they align with the church’s vision
● Effective communicator, both in oral and written forms, capable of adapting
your message for different audiences
● Leadership skills to recruit, develop, and care for volunteers, building a strong
Resource Team
● Passionate about creating an engaging, safe, and fun environment for
children within the church
Your Impact
● Assist in creative programming for Sunday worship experiences, including
ProPresenter, scripts, and large group games
● Collaborate with the Kids team to write, edit, and review weekly lessons,
ensuring they are ready for Sunday distribution
● Receive and implement feedback to continuously improve programming and
maintain excellence
● Manage and upload weekly lessons and videos to digital platforms, ensuring
easy access for volunteers
● Plan special events alongside the Kids & Guest Experience Director, including
Baby Dedication, Jingle Jam, and more
● Oversee the resource process, including ordering supplies, following the
budget, and preparing weekly bins on schedule
● Provide technical troubleshooting support for Kids Managers and assist with
any necessary tasks to ensure a WECellent experience on Sundays
● Recruit and care for volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped and
motivated to support the ministry
