Through Campus Pastor University and Waters Edge Church, you’ll be given hands-on, in-person training on how to nurture your calling of leadership and Change The Way People Think About Church.
• You'll receive intentional and intensive coaching, teaching, and direction from a coach, Lead Pastor, Stu Hodges, and the Executive Director Team
• Learn to effectively launch, build, and shepherd a Waters Edge Church campus
• Be taught innovative strategies to Change the Way People Think About Church
Campus Pastors are only effective when they can embrace the following:
You are a follower first, and a leader second. Your relationship with Jesus comes first always. It's important to continually develop yourself spiritually and emotionally. We are ONE church in multiple locations: Campuses operate under the leadership of Waters Edge Church as a whole, and are not autonomous in the way they function. You'll be expected to speak on stage regularly, and will preach 1-2 times per year. As a WEC Campus Pastor, you’ll lead an incredible team of staff and volunteers to grow your campus and reach your city. You will implement innovative strategies with excellence to change the way more people think about church!
