Content Manager

Waters Edge Church is currently looking for a new, part-time staff member to join our Marketing Team in the position of Content Manager. Position Expectations:

You will be…

  • Working under the direct leadership of the Outreach Director.

  • A strong communicator, with a high attention to detail.

  • Accurately representing Waters Edge Church culture using common language.

  • Responsible for effectively communicating the mission, vision and culture of Waters Edge Church.

  • Ensuring the consistency of WEC's brand as we represent it on social media and in marketing

    efforts.

  • A team player, willing and able to work closely with the various ministry teams, to provide creative

    input for graphics and marketing strategies.

  • Managing multiple projects at one time.

  • Responsible for identifying emerging social media trends across multiple platforms.

  • Able to adapt to new and changing technologies.

  • Editing videos and images for Social Media using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut.

  • Coordinating multiple staff members to schedule, collaborate and design photo and video shoots.

  • Responsible for maintaining volunteer teams such as Photography Team and Social Media

    Engagement Team.

  • Required to work Sunday-Thursday, all worship services on Christmas Eve and Easter, as well as

    other events outside of normal working hours as needed.
